All shipping is charged upfront in a single charge — loaner out, loaner back, defective unit in, and repaired unit back to you.
3 business days, both legs
3 days to ship your defective unit back after the loaner arrives. 3 days to ship the loaner back after your repaired unit arrives.
$75/day starting day 4
If the loaner isn't shipped back within the 3-business-day window, a $75/day rental fee applies until it ships. Past day 60, you're instead charged the full replacement value.
You authorize automatic charges
By initialing here, you authorize SI to charge the late fee above — and the shipping charges from Step 2 — to your subscription's payment method automatically, without asking for your approval each time.
It's ours — treat it that way
The loaner stays SI property throughout. Lost or damaged beyond repair while it's with you means a $5,000 replacement charge.
Here's what it'll feel like.
